The Company provides its products and offerings through four segments: Zayo Networks, including dark fiber, mobile infrastructure solutions, Ethernet, wavelength, wholesale IP, SONET solutions, private lines and dedicated Internet; Zayo Colocation (zColo), including provision of colocation space and power and interconnection offerings and cloud-based computing offerings; Allstream, including Cloud VoIP and Data Solutions, and Other offerings, including Zayo Professional Services (ZPS).
