The wireless communication segment consists of leasing infrastructure and real property interests and providing financing to companies in the wireless communication industry. The digital infrastructure segment consists of leasing real property interests to enterprises and companies in the digital infrastructure industry in the United States and Canada. The outdoor advertising segment consists of leasing real property interests to companies in the outdoor advertising industry. The renewable power generation segment consists of leasing real property interests and providing financing to companies in the renewable power industry.
