It operates through four segments: Shopping Centers, which includes the results from its commercial exploitation and development of shopping centers, derived from the lease and the provision of services related to the lease of retail stores and other spaces in the shopping centers; Offices and Others, which includes the acquisition, development and management of office buildings and other rental properties in Argentina; Sales and Developments, which includes the results of sales of undeveloped parcels of land and/or trading properties, and Financial Operation and Others, which includes the financial activities carried out by the associate Tarshop S.A. The Sales and Developments segment also includes the results of the sales of real property intended for rent.
