The SDT segment offers a range of semiconductor products, such as MOSFET, junction field effect transistors, high power bipolar, discrete small signal transistors, Zener diodes, rectifiers, bridge rectifiers, Schottky devices, and diodes; bipolar regulators, shunt regulators, low drop out regulators, standard op-amp/comparators, low voltage op-amps, and others; and infrared products. The company’s products are used in mobile, industrial, appliance, automotive, consumer electronics, and computing markets applications. It sells its products to distributors, original equipment manufacturers, and electronic design and manufacturing services customers.
